Step 1: Get a Quote

Start by requesting an online quote. You'll enter your property address, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of clean you need. We'll show you a fixed price upfront — no hidden fees.

Step 2: Confirm Your Booking

Once you're happy with the quote, confirm your preferred date and time. You'll receive a booking confirmation email with all the details.

Step 3: Preparing Your Home

You don't need to clean before your cleaner arrives, but a few things help:

• Clear floors of clothing, toys, and clutter so cleaners can access all surfaces
• Provide access instructions in your booking notes (key safe code, building entry, parking)
• Secure pets in a separate area if you have them
• Remove any valuables you'd prefer not to have moved

Step 4: The Clean

A professional cleaner (or team, for larger properties) will arrive within your booked window. They bring all equipment and cleaning products unless you've specified you prefer your own.

For a general clean, expect 2–4 hours depending on property size. For a deep clean, 4–8 hours. For end-of-lease, allow a full day for larger properties.

Step 5: Quality Check and Completion

At the end of the clean, the cleaner does a walkthrough and you (or a property manager) can do a final check. Any missed areas are addressed on the spot.
