What we offer: • Pay from $28/hr during paid training, rising to $30+/hr after training based on your performance • Paid training — we teach you our standard, no experience needed • Easy app access: your jobs, checklists, and photos all in one place • Flexible days — work at least 2–3 days a week, typically 10am–3pm What we look for: reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
